There are no hidden fees at checkout, your purchase includes complimentary overnight caviar delivery with a freshness guarantee, so you can order with confidence.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Because our cold-chain is so strict, we typically ship Monday through Thursday for overnight delivery. This ensures your caviar never gets stuck sitting in a warm shipping warehouse over the weekend!
how long does caviar stay fresh?
To ensure peak quality and flavor, please follow these guidelines:
Before opening: Keep your caviar sealed and refrigerated at 28°F to 32°F (-2°C to 0°C). Stored properly, unopened caviar will stay fresh for 4-6 weeks from the pack date.
After opening: Once opened, caviar should be consumed within 3-4 days for the best taste and texture. Always keep it well-chilled between servings.
Serving tip: Serve your caviar cold, straight from the fridge. Avoid letting it sit out at room temperature for extended periods.
Note: Never freeze your caviar, as it can damage the texture and quality of the pearls.
How is the caviar shipped?
Caviar is highly perishable, so we don't take chances. Every order is shipped overnight in proprietary insulated packaging with specialized gel packs to ensure it arrives at your door at the perfect 28-32°F.
can i return the caviar?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all caviar and roe sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@caviereco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We are committed to making it right.
How much caviar do I need to order?
If you are serving it as a light garnish or a tasting for two, a 30g tin is perfect. If caviar is the main event or you are hosting a small gathering, we recommend 2oz to 4oz so everyone gets a generous bump.
Do I really need a special pearl spoon?
Absolutely not. While mother-of-pearl is traditional because it doesn't transfer flavor, the only real rule is to avoid metal spoons, which can give the caviar a metallic taste. Bone, wood, plastic, or simply scooping it with a potato chip works perfectly!
What is the difference between Caviar and the Smoked Roe?
The Starter Kit features our signature sturgeon caviar: buttery, nutty, and refined. The Smoked Trout Roe offers a larger, firmer bead with a bold, addictive smoky pop that is incredible on bagels, eggs, or straight out of the tin.
