How is caviar shipped?

Every caviar and roe order ships overnight on ice, free on orders of $89 or more and a flat $35 below that. Each order travels in an insulated cooler with gel ice packs, so your tin arrives perfectly chilled anywhere in the continental United States.

How long does caviar stay fresh?

Unopened tins stay at peak freshness for 4 to 6 weeks in the coldest part of your refrigerator (28-38°F). Once opened, enjoy within 48 to 72 hours.

How much caviar do I need per person?

Plan on 15-30g per person for a tasting and 30-50g per person if caviar is the star of the spread. A 125g tin comfortably serves 4-6 guests.

Which caviar should I buy first?

Reserve Siberian ($99) is the easiest introduction to true sturgeon caviar. For a smoky, affordable entry point, start with Smoked Trout Roe from $19.

Does caviar make a good gift?

Yes. Caviére tasting kits and gift sets arrive ready to serve with blinis, crème fraîche and a mother-of-pearl spoon, packed cold with no assembly required.
