Corporate Caviar Gifts: How to Send Branded Caviar Clients Remember
Share
Corporate caviar gifts are tins of caviar sent to clients, partners or staff, often with the company's logo on the tin. The best programs use small tins sized for one or two people, ship overnight on ice to each recipient, and are planned two to three weeks ahead so labels, addresses and delivery days line up.
Every December, thousands of clients receive the same bottle of wine, the same candle and the same box of chocolates with a logo sticker on top. Nobody posts about them. Nobody remembers who sent them.
Caviar is different. It arrives cold, it feels like an occasion, and it gets opened, photographed and talked about. Put your logo on the tin and the moment belongs to your brand. Here's how to do branded caviar gifts properly, without the logistics going sideways.
Why caviar works as a corporate gift
- It gets remembered. A tin of caviar lands differently from anything else in the gift pile.
- It doesn't become clutter. It's eaten and enjoyed, not shoved in a drawer.
- It scales. A 30g tin is a generous thank-you, and a 125g tin with accompaniments is a genuine "we value you" gesture.
- It gets shared. People photograph caviar. With your logo on the lid, that photo is your brand.
Branded or not: three ways to send it
| Option | What recipients see | Lead time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Our ready-made gift sets | Caviére branding | Next shipping day | Last-minute or smaller lists |
| Your logo on our tins | Your brand only | About 1 to 2 weeks | Most client and staff programs |
| Bespoke gift boxes | Your brand on custom tins and boxes | Quoted per project | Flagship clients and large programs |
For a small list or a tight deadline, our Reserve Tasting Set and The Host Set arrive gift-ready. For anything with your name on it, our private label caviar program puts your logo on the tin. See our guide to custom caviar tins with your logo for the design side.
How much caviar per recipient?
Match the gift to the relationship, not the other way round.
- The thank-you: a 30g tin. A proper tasting for one or two people.
- The key client: a 50g tin with a mother-of-pearl spoon. Enough to share, with the right tool to serve it.
- The top account: a 125g tin with accompaniments such as blinis, crème fraîche and a gold tin key. This is the one that gets a handwritten thank-you back.

The logistics that make or break it
Caviar is perishable, which is exactly why it feels special, and exactly why the planning matters.
- Overnight only. We ship on ice Monday to Thursday, so every gift arrives the next day. Orders ship same day when they're in by 1pm ET.
- Deliver to someone who's there. Offices are best Tuesday to Thursday. Avoid Fridays, holidays and the week everyone's on vacation.
- Get the address list right. For each recipient: full name, delivery address, a phone number for the carrier, and whether it's a home or an office.
- Ship direct. We can send each gift straight to each recipient anywhere in the continental US, so you're not repacking tins in the office kitchen.
- Tell them it's cold. Include a note to put it in the fridge on arrival. Unopened and kept at 28°F to 32°F, caviar keeps for 4 to 6 weeks. Our guide on how to store caviar explains why.
Make it an experience, not a parcel
The difference between "nice gift" and "remember when they sent us caviar" is in the details:
- A short card with how to serve it (hint: no metal spoons). Our guide on how to serve caviar has you covered.
- A pairing suggestion. Our caviar and Champagne guide makes you look very well informed.
- Your logo on the lid, so the photo they post carries your name.
Check the gift rules first
Some organisations cap the value of gifts their people can accept, and some, such as government bodies and parts of finance and healthcare, can't accept gifts at all. A quick check with your contact saves an awkward return. It's also worth having a non-seafood alternative ready for anyone who doesn't eat fish.
A simple planning timeline
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| 3 weeks before | Finalise the recipient list, tin sizes and budget. Send your logo. |
| 2 weeks before | Approve your label proof. |
| 1 week before | Confirm addresses and delivery days. |
| Delivery week | Tins ship overnight on ice, Monday to Thursday. |
For December gifting, start in early November. Carriers get busy and closed holidays shift delivery days.
Frequently asked questions
Can you put our company logo on caviar gifts?
Yes. We print your logo on the tin label, with custom tins and gift boxes available for larger programs. Your brand is the only brand on the tin.
Can you ship corporate caviar gifts to each recipient individually?
Yes. We ship each gift overnight on ice directly to each recipient, anywhere in the continental United States.
How far ahead should we order branded caviar gifts?
About two to three weeks for gifts with your logo: roughly one week from artwork to first shipment, two if we design the label, plus time to confirm addresses. Allow extra time in December.
How long does caviar last after it's delivered?
Unopened and refrigerated at 28°F to 32°F, caviar keeps for 4 to 6 weeks. Once opened, it's best enjoyed the same day.
What size tin makes a good corporate gift?
A 30g tin is a generous thank-you, a 50g tin suits key clients, and a 125g tin with accompaniments is for your most important relationships.
Is there a minimum order for corporate caviar gifts?
There's no contract and no commitment to future orders. Tell us your list and we'll size the program with you.
Send a gift they'll actually remember
Tell us who's on the list and what you have in mind, and we'll build the program around it.
