Species: Huso dauricus x Acipenser schrenckii

This premium "River Beluga" caviar is a hybrid of the Kaluga (Huso dauricus) and the Amur Sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii). Sustainably raised in the fresh waters of the Amur River basin, our Reserve grade features large, firm pearls with a radiant amber-to-gold shimmer. It is celebrated for its rich, buttery mouthfeel and complex flavor profile, offering notes of hazelnut and a clean, creamy finish that rivals the finest Caspian Beluga.

Serving Suggestions: To fully appreciate the Reserve Kaluga’s delicate texture and "pop," serve chilled over a bed of crushed ice. Use a mother-of-pearl or bone spoon to avoid metallic interference with the flavor.
