THE CAVIAR

Reserve Siberian Caviar (Acipenser baerii) is prized for its elegant complexity and refined texture. Harvested from sustainably farmed Siberian sturgeon, it features medium pearls with a deep onyx sheen and a delicate pop. The flavor is beautifully balanced: clean, buttery, and subtly briny, finishing with a lingering creaminess that sets it apart from traditional Siberian selections.

Tasting notes: Clean, buttery, and lightly briny with medium onyx pearls and a smooth, creamy finish.

Sourcing: Responsibly farm-raised. Like all caviar legally sold today, ours comes from regulated, CITES-compliant aquaculture rather than wild harvest.

How much do I need? Plan about 15–30g per person as an appetizer. A 30g tin suits 1–2 people; size up for gatherings.

Serving suggestions: Serve chilled over a bed of crushed ice. Use a mother-of-pearl or bone spoon to avoid metallic interference with the flavor.

Freshness & storage: Packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Keep sealed and refrigerated for 4–6 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3–4 days for peak flavor.

Frequently asked questions

What does Siberian caviar taste like?
Clean and approachable, with buttery, lightly briny notes and a creamy finish. A refined, easy-to-love choice.

How is it different from Ossetra or Kaluga?
Siberian is clean and elegant, Ossetra is nuttier, and Kaluga is the boldest and creamiest with the largest pearls.

Where does it come from?
From responsibly managed sturgeon aquaculture under CITES regulations.

How should I store it?
Keep sealed and refrigerated; unopened it lasts 4–6 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3–4 days.

Why a mother-of-pearl spoon?
Metal can oxidize the roe and add a metallic taste. Mother-of-pearl, bone, or glass keeps the flavor pure.

How is it shipped? +
We ship all orders overnight in a custom insulated cooler packed with gel ice to ensure your caviar arrives perfectly chilled.
How long will my caviar stay fresh? +
Unopened, your tin will stay perfectly fresh in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 48 hours.
What is the best way to serve it? +
Keep it simple. Serve it chilled over ice. Use a mother of pearl, bone, or wooden spoon, never metal, as it can oxidize the pearls and alter the pure taste.
