We ship all orders overnight in a custom insulated cooler packed with gel ice to ensure your caviar arrives perfectly chilled.
How long will my caviar stay fresh? +
Unopened, your tin will stay perfectly fresh in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 48 hours.
What is the best way to serve it? +
Keep it simple. Serve it chilled over ice. Use a mother of pearl, bone, or wooden spoon, never metal, as it can oxidize the pearls and alter the pure taste.
