For the palate ready to go deeper. Every month, The Connoisseur caviar subscription delivers a 50g selection that rotates across our Reserve and signature lines, so you are always tasting something new. Each box includes a tasting guide and your members-only invite to our virtual tastings.

Discovery, leveled up. This is the tier for someone who already knows they like caviar and wants to build a real reference library of species and grades.

Members pay $145 a box for a 50g selection worth as much as $209 one-time, a saving of up to roughly $64 a month.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

To ensure your Caviére selection arrives in pristine condition, we ship via Priority Overnight in premium thermal insulation with specialized ice packs, maintaining the optimal temperature from our boutique to your door.

Shipping is free on all orders of $89 or more. Orders under $89 ship for a flat $35 rate.

Delivery Details:

Ordering: Place your order by 1 PM Eastern (noon Central), Monday through Thursday, and it ships the same day for next-day delivery.

Shipping days: We ship Monday through Thursday only, so your caviar never sits in a warm warehouse over a weekend.

Holidays: We do not ship on U.S. holidays, and carriers do not deliver on them. If a holiday falls on one of our shipping days, your order ships the next available shipping day.

Perishables: Shipped via Priority Overnight, free on orders $89 and over, otherwise a flat $35.

Accessories: Non-perishable items ship via Ground service, included free on orders $89 and over.

THE RITUAL

How to properly open and serve your reserve caviar.

1. CHILL & REST

Let the tin rest on ice for 10 minutes before opening to achieve the perfect texture.

2. BREAK THE SEAL

Insert a caviar key into the groove of the tin and gently twist to pop the vacuum seal.

3. THE PERFECT BITE

Use a mother of pearl spoon to scoop the pearls onto a blini or your favorite potato chip.

How is it shipped? +

We ship every order overnight in a custom insulated cooler packed with gel ice. Order by 1 PM Eastern (noon Central), Monday through Thursday, and it ships the same day. Shipping is free on orders of $89 or more, otherwise a flat $35.

How long will my caviar stay fresh? +

Unopened, your tin keeps for 4 to 6 weeks in the coldest part of your refrigerator, between 28°F and 38°F. Once opened, enjoy it within 48 to 72 hours.

What is the best way to serve it? +

Keep it simple. Serve it chilled over ice. Use a mother of pearl, bone, or wooden spoon, never metal, as it can oxidize the pearls and alter the pure taste.
